The order will be canceled if payment is not completed within 3 days from the order date.
The customer may cancel the order and receive a refund of the purchase amount only before shipping. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 20 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Delivery within Saudi Arabia: 3–7 business days.
Delivery to GCC countries: 5–10 business days.
Microlot Roastery is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.
Any delivery delay caused by the carrier is outside Microlot Roastery’s responsibility.
If the shipment is returned by the carrier due to the customer not responding, repeated rescheduling, or an incorrect address provided, the customer will be charged the shipping cost.
Exchange & Return Policy — Terms and Conditions:
Exchange and returns do not apply to roasted coffee bags.
The customer is not entitled to return or exchange roasted coffee bags purchased during promotional offers.
The customer’s acceptance of the shipment from the shipping company shall be deemed an acknowledgment that the shipment (outer carton) is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened before delivery.
