Introduction to the Terms of Use

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that the following are the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects resulting from your use of the store’s services through this electronic platform. Any person’s use of the store—whether as a consumer of a service, a product, or otherwise—constitutes their full and valid acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement, with full legal capacity recognized under Sharia, applicable regulations, and law, and confirms your commitment to comply with its terms. This Agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the store and becomes effective and enforceable immediately upon your acceptance and commencement of registration in the store, pursuant to Article 10 of the Saudi E‑Transactions Law.

Article 1 — Introduction and Definitions

The above preamble forms an integral part of this Agreement. The following definitions apply to key terms used herein:

“Store”: Includes all forms of the store available online, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical commercial outlet.
“Consumer”: Any person engaging in e‑commerce to obtain products or services provided by the Store through its electronic platform.
“Agreement”: The terms and conditions of this Agreement that govern and regulate the relationship between the parties.

Article 2 — Consumer Legal Capacity

The Consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable regulations to transact with the Store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
If the Consumer violates this Article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation toward third parties.

Article 3 — Nature of the Store’s Commitment

The Store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the service or product.
The Store may provide additional services (such as after‑sales services or related services), depending on the nature and type of service or product requested by the Consumer.

Article 4 — Terms of Use

The Consumer undertakes to use the Store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When purchasing a service or product, the Consumer undertakes not to use such service or product in a manner that violates public morals or the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 — Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying to join as a registered user, you are required to provide certain information and to choose a username and a confidential password to access the Store’s services. By doing so, you agree to the following:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify the Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your confidential information.
Under no circumstances shall the Store be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect, moral or material) resulting from disclosure of the consumer’s name or login credentials.
You undertake to use your account/membership personally and bear full responsibility for it. If another person uses it, this shall be deemed evidence that you authorized them to use the Store on your behalf and for your account.
You undertake to use the Store with seriousness and integrity.
You undertake to provide true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration, and to update your details when they change or when needed.
Our Store undertakes to handle your personal information and contact details with strict confidentiality.
If the Store determines that you provided information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms of Use, the Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account on the platform, without prejudice to any other rights or legal remedies available to the Store to recover its rights and protect other consumers.
If you fail to comply with any of the above, the Store administration has the right to suspend or cancel your store/membership or block your access to the Store’s services.

Article 6 — Electronic Communications and Official Contact Channels

The parties agree that communication shall take place via the email address registered on the platform.
The Consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall have the same effect as written communications and shall constitute valid proof in fulfilling legal and Sharia requirements.
The Consumer agrees that the Store may contact and notify them of any provisions related to this Agreement or their dealings with the Store by sending general messages to all consumers or to specific users.

Article 7 — Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees

If any article or provision of this Agreement is cancelled or becomes unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining articles and provisions, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the Store administration.
This Agreement—amended from time to time as necessary—sets out the operating mechanism and understanding between the Consumer and the Store.
The Store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or as required by the state in the form of fees or taxes related to the product or service.
The Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under these Terms of Use for any consumers, for any reason related to their registration.

Article 8 — Payment and Settlement Services

The Store, through its partners, provides payment and settlement options, which may be completed entirely online via available payment methods or through any other payment method the Store may provide from time to time.
The Store undertakes to set the price of the service or product offered in accordance with prevailing market value.
The Store undertakes to provide invoices and receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and to provide the consumer with an invoice for the purchase of a service or product.
The Store undertakes to provide standard accounting specifications in its online store in accordance with this Agreement, as such organization serves legal, economic, commercial, and administrative interests.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

The Store’s intellectual property rights are fully owned by the Store, whether owned before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The Consumer undertakes to respect the Store’s intellectual property rights, including the Store name, words, logos, and other symbols associated with or displayed on the Store, as all rights related to the Store name are fully protected intellectual property rights of the Store.

Article 10 — Store Liability

The Store undertakes to conduct its business through this electronic platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in compliance with this Agreement.
The Store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, incidental, caused by the consumer, or caused by a third party, such as shipping companies.
The Store (its employees, owners, and representatives) undertakes that the (product or service) shall be sound, lawful, duly authorized under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and used for lawful purposes.

Article 11 — Restriction of Access or Membership

The Store may suspend or cancel the Consumer’s membership or restrict the Consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without notice and for any reason, without limitation.

Article 12 — Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are fully subject to the applicable regulations of the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

Article 13 — General Provisions

If any article or provision of these Terms of Use is cancelled or becomes unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the Store administration.

These Terms of Use—amended from time to time as necessary—constitute the Terms of Use and the operating mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contractual relationship between the Store and the Consumer. Both parties agree that the following shall be taken into account:

Arabic is the language relied upon when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement or when translating it into another language.
All prices displayed for the Store’s services or products may be changed from time to time.
Promotional or marketing offers provided by the Store are temporary, and the Store may amend or terminate them at any time.
The parties undertake to deal with one another in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules and the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the nature of the relationship between the Store and the Consumer.
These Terms of Use may only be terminated by a decision issued by the Store administration.
